Any request regarding reimbursement or payment-related matters should be sent to Google Play. Please keep in mind that any refund request must be done within 48 hours after purchase.

To request a refund from Google Play, please follow the steps below:

On a mobile browser (such as Chrome), open play.google.com/store/account.
Click “Order History”.
Find the order you want to return.
On the order, click “More”.
Select “Request a refund” or “Report a problem” and choose the option that describes your situation.
Complete the form and note that you would like a refund.
A message will pop up saying “Thank you for sharing your concerns.” You will then get an email with your refund decision. You’ll usually get this within 15 minutes, but it can take up to four business days.

Note:

If you have multiple refund requests, repeat these steps for each purchase.
