Marking your doors:

For centered pulls: measure the vertical center of your door by measuring the height of the door front and dividing it in half. Mark where the middle is.

To find the drill spots, divide your pull’s center to center length in half. This distance determines how far on either side from the center to mark your drill holes.
Now find the two holes on your template that match the center to center length of your pull. Use the template to mark each pull hole.
Align your template in the corner of your cabinet door or along its vertical edge, and use a pencil to mark where you want to drill your new holes.

For corner pulls: Find the corner placement (~2-3" from the corner) and place your template. Then mark the dots for the right center to center length of your pull.

For knobs: use your template in the door's corner to find the correct placement or use the same measurement technique as above to find the vertical center. Mark the single hole .
