Stonly is an AI knowledge platform for customer service. Our SaaS platform helps companies (DraftKings, King, Estēe Lauder, Personio, and many more) automate their customer service with AI and interactive knowledge delivered at the point of need for both agents and customers.
The company was created 5 years ago by Alexis (former co-founder and CPO of Dashlane), David (ex VP sales and marketing at Calendly) & Krzysztof (ex Dashlane).
Stonly is a global company with offices in the US, France, & Poland. We’ve raised over $22m from top VC funds Accel & NorthZone. Our ambition is huge: to become the leading knowledge platform for customer service - a $50 billion market - and become an iconic tech brand in the space.
We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager to help us build and optimize campaigns that drive demand for Stonly within our ICP. You’ll report directly to our Director of Demand Generation and work closely with our content and creative teams. You’ll get broad exposure across paid programs, email, events, and outbound, owning meaningful pieces of our demand gen programs while learning from a high performing team. This role is ideal for someone with high drive and a bias toward speed. You’ll have ownership over execution, room to grow fast, and the support of an experienced team committed to helping you win.
Responsibilities
Build and launch marketing emails and nurtures for demand generation programs.
Follow up on inbound and event driven leads to ensure fast routing and clean handoff to sales.
Build targeted lists and support audience creation for campaigns and outbound initiatives.
Support lifecycle programs and broader integrated campaign initiatives, testing ideas and accelerating priority projects.
Help manage and prepare campaign performance reporting, ensuring clean, reliable data.
Skills and Experience
2–3 years of experience in marketing, operations, demand gen, or a similar role.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write clean, smart copy across email, landing pages, and campaigns.
Driven, goal oriented mindset. You push hard, own outcomes, and keep going when it’s hard.
High attention to detail. You catch mistakes, follow processes, and produce clean, reliable work.
Coachable, curious, and eager to grow quickly.
Comfortable using marketing tools, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and automation platforms.
