Connecting Your Vehicle with Octopus Intelligent Go

If your vehicle can be directly integrated with Octopus, the setup is straightforward:

Check Your Vehicle Compatibility

Before setting up, you can confirm whether your car supports direct integration with Octopus by using their eligibility checker: Intelligent Octopus Go

If your car is on the Octopus Intelligent compatibility list then simply follow steps below:

  • In the Cord app, ensure your charging mode is set to “Instant Charging”—this is the same setting you currently use.

  • Follow this guide directly on Octopus website to setup your vehicle in Octopus App How to connect your EV to the Octopus Energy app

Important to Know

  • Octopus will automatically determine how your setup is configured.

  • If your Vehicle supports direct integration with Octopus, you must connect it this way.

  • Once you have connected to Octopus, your Cord App will become redundant and show as disconnected. Please manage your Cord charger through Octopus App.
