Encountered an issue?

Hi! If you have encountered any kind of a browser issue, whether it's extension related or not, this guide will help you extract informations useful for Stonly team to debug it.

For each step of this guide we will specifically mark the moment we'd like you to take a screenshot. If it's possible, it would be best if you can take a screencast of your entire screen following instructions. If not, it's still totally fine.

First let us know if the entire browser is frozen or a single tab. You can check it by opening a separate browser tab than the one you are currently on and trying to load any webpage different than the one you think got frozen (ie. google.com, mozilla.org or ebay.com).

If that page loads correctly, only a specific tab is frozen, if it's not, then it's most likely that there's something more happening to the entire browser.

Please put that information in the message you'll send us together with screenshots/screen recordings as the more context we have, the easier it will be for us to work with it.
