Awesome Client Portal Overview

The Awesome Client Portal (or ACP as we lovingly refer to it) is available to most Wineshipping clients, which can be accessed by clicking the Awesome Client Portal button in our classic portal.

ACP will give you more control of your customer's experience through improved order management and collaboration with the Wineshipping team, ensuring orders are accurate and on time.

With the new Awesome Client Portal, you’ll be able to:

· Review orders that need action to be fulfilled in the Action Center

· Be notified of orders with exceptions in real-time when you sign up for Notifications

· Hold orders so you can review and make edits prior to releasing to the warehouse for processing with Fulfillment Holds

· Add and edit orders in bulk so you can enter or make changes more efficiently with File Import and Bulk Edit

·Real-time visibility into shipments and their statuses with Tracking

· Receive additional value from our regular innovative feature releases
