Punch and its automation parameters depending on your organization's policies. Those parameters can be set for each individual.
Here are the different possibilities:

- Punch with a physical punch AND with their Emprez mobile APP
- Not punch at all
- Create their own time sheets online (normally used for off-site consultants)
