Understanding automatic adjustments
In parameters, you can decide how Emprez will manage employees' punch data when compared to the schedule.
To save time, Emprez will apply adjustment parameters so that the exact time to be paid to employees reflects your company policy.
The automatic adjustments are based on:
- The employee arrival (before or after shift start),
- Departure (before or after shift end),
- Meal and break duration.
This Emprez feature eliminates the need to manually adjust each employee's timesheet for a few minutes each time.
