The original cable is a specific USB cable: it allows the device to be charged as well as the data transfer (some other cables are limited to the device charging function and therefore do not allow the Luniistore to communicate with the device).

The USB cable supplied with My Fabulous Storyteller is a small black USB cable as shown in the photo below. If your Storyteller is not detected by the Luniistore, do not hesitate to test several USB cables in your possession (the cables supplied with smartphones 📱 are generally compatible).
