The CO2 cylinder should be replaced.

If there is poor flow or no flow at all of sparkling water from the CUBE immediately after installation, then there are various possible causes. In that case, contact our service department using the button below. If the CUBE was working properly and then suddenly developed poor flow or lost the flow altogether of sparkling water, while the cold water still

flowed properly, this means that the CO2 cylinder is empty. You will notice that the cylinder is light and you will only hear a faint hiss when you unscrew it. If do not have any more new CO2 cylinders, you can order a set of four new CO2 cylinders from our webshop by clicking the button below.

This is how to replace a CO2 cylinder:

1. Grab the empty CO2 cylinder connected to the CUBE’s magnetic holder.

2. Firmly hold the grey plastic cylinder holder and turn the CO2 cylinder anticlockwise to unscrew it.

3. Screw the new CO2 cylinder clockwise into the cylinder holder. Make sure to always keep the cylinder upright.

4. Check that you can dispense sparkling water again.

5. Give the cylinder another firm twist clockwise into the cylinder holder before placing it back into the CUBE's magnetic holder.

You will also find these instructions printed on the cylinder itself. Once you have replaced the cylinder, you can reset the status of your CO2 cylinder on the display. To do this, click on the settings icon on the right of the display screen and navigate to ‘CO2’. Once you have clicked on this, the CUBE will ask if you have replaced the cylinder. After confirming this, the counter will be reset.

You can return used CO2 cylinders to Quooker free of charge. The CO2 cylinders are on loan to you and remain the property of Quooker. If the used CO2 cylinders are not returned within 14 days of receipt of the new cylinders, Quooker is entitled to charge the user for (10 pounds per CO2 cylinder) for CO2 cylinders that are not returned.
