Your Delphin relies very heavily on the date and time settings in order to work properly. We would suggest taking a look at your settings and making sure they are correct.

Here is how to adjust your time and date settings on the Delphin:

1. Go to the home screen on your Delphin.
2. Press the Blue Question Mark in the bottom left corner of the screen.
3. Scroll down and select 'Open Android Settings'.
4. Now go to 'Display'.
5. Select 'Date & Time'.
6. It may be helpful to select 'Automatic Date & Time' and turn this off.
7. Now go to 'Set Date' and change the date and year so it is correct.
8. Next go to 'Select time zone' and select your time zone.
9. After selecting your time zone make sure that the Delphin shows the correct time under 'Set time'. Double-check this information; incorrect date and time information will prevent the Delphin from connecting to your WiFi network.
10. When the time and date are correct, hit the back button twice to go back to Android Settings.
11. Under Android Settings, go to 'Network'. (Note: If you are out of settings, hit the back button until you are at the home screen with the Screen Scaling and Blue Question Mark icons, Press the Blue Question Mark in the bottom left corner of the screen. Scroll down and select 'Open Android Settings' then go to Network.)
12. Make sure Airplane mode is not checked.
13. Select WiFi.
14. Make sure WiFi is turned on. Now find your network and select it. Select forget.
15. Now select your network again and re-enter your WiFi password. It may take a few moments to connect. When it connects to WiFi it will say connected and not saved. If it says saved connect again until you see the word connected. If it says Authentication Error the password was entered incorrectly or the incorrect password was used. If the Delphin will not connect, try to connect to your personal hot spot on your phone.
