▪ Request Disabled: When an agent disables the user’s request the text in this field is displayed.

▪ Chat Enabled: The text is displayed when an agent enables the user’s chat the text under this field is displayed.

▪ Chat Disabled: When an agent disables the user’s chat the text under this field is displayed.

▪ Agent Logout Confirm: The text n this field is displayed when an agent is logging out from the Hybrid Chat page as a prompt to notify the Agent that he/ she wants to log out from the Hybrid Chat platform.

▪ Agent Page Refresh: When an Agent refreshes the Hybrid Chat, this prompt is displayed.

▪ Agent Chat Active: This prompt is displayed to remind the Agent that the conversation in progress will be closed.

▪ Agent Chats Active: This prompt is displayed to remind the Agent that the conversations in progress will be closed, in the event of the Agent having more than one conversation in progress.

▪ Agent Delete Confirm: This prompt appears when an Agent is selected for deletion from the platform.

▪ Agent Req Enable: This prompt serves as confirmation for enabling user requests when they are disabled.

▪ Agent Req Disable: This prompt serves as confirmation for disabling user requests when they are enabled.

▪ User Chat Enable: If user chat is disabled, this prompt serves as confirmation for enabling them.

▪ User Chat Disable: If user chat is enabled, this prompt serves as confirmation for disabling them.
