Weather Holds and Releases
To determine if any orders should be released from weather holds:
Use the weather map in the Wineshipping portal to review the next week's weather forecast.
Let us know you'd like to hold or release orders per state by sending an email to service@wineshipping.com by 12pm Pacific on Thursday to have orders held or released for the following week.
Note: Monday will not apply as a requested ship date throughout peak season. Wednesdays and Thursdays will be the ideal shipping day for weather hold releases.
Each location has the below order thresholds that require additional coordination with operations.
California
Napa - 15 orders
Paso Robles - 15 orders
Santa Maria - 15 orders
Vacaville - 15 orders
Windsor - 50 orders
Florida, Missouri, and New York locations - 15 orders
Oregon locations - 25 orders
