Pass Through Best Practices

If you have pass throughs, please send orders to ship within the next 7 business days. Orders outside this limits our capacity to deliver the best service and will be returned. 

Pass throughs are generally shipped within 3 business days of pick up. 

To avoid delays, please follow these best practices:

1. Complete the Pass Through Form, which is attached at the bottom of this article. Please do not send hand-written forms to avoid errors and delays.

   1. Invoices from POS or ShipCompliant can accompany this form.

   2. For Larger quantities, send a 205 file to service@wineshipping.com and passthrus@wineshipping.com.

2. Send completed form to passthrus@wineshipping.com within 24 hours before the expected ship dates. 

3. All pallet and order pick-ups should include a manifest that summarizes the order numbers, ship dates, bottle quantity and service levels.

   Note: On heavy volume days orders are subject to delays. We will prioritize using First In, First Out.
