Warranty Information
All hardware/sensors manufactured by ModuSense are covered by ModuSense's two year*, return-to-base warranty (shipping at own cost).
These include:
- Gateway Controllers
- HiveScales
- Brood Monitors
- Environmental Monitors
Any devices or sensors not manufactured by ModuSense are covered by a 12-month, return to base warranty (shipping at own cost).
These include:
- Water Level Sensors
- Wind Speed Anemometers
- Weather Stations
Other devices which include Tracking devices like Oyster and Dart are covered by the manufacturers warranty but they still need to be returned to ModuSense (shipping at own cost) before being repaired/replaced.
* The relevant warranty period begins from the date of sale.
