Favorite guides

Knowledge base guides can be saved by visitors as Favorites for easy access from the knowledge base's homepage.

Currently, Favorites are only available to logged-in users. They are supported in standalone knowledge bases, inside the widget, and in the Stonly app for Zendesk, Salesforce, and Freshdesk for accounts with agent assist enabled.
