Related content
It's useful to give visitors quick access to content covering adjacent topics. For example, a customer reading a guide about managing a subscription could want to next look at one about setting up a family account plan or at a pricing page.
In Stonly, you can facilitate that by setting up related content. If a guide or article has related content attached, it will be available from a sidebar.
Related content is currently only available inside a knowledge base. It's not supported in standalone guides and inside Stonly widget.
There are two types of related content: guides and external links.
Enabling related content
To display related content inside a knowledge base:
Log into Stonly and go to the Knowledge base tab.
Select the relevant knowledge base and switch to the Settings view.
Go to Guide settings.
Click Edit next to Related content and toggle it on in the modal that appears.
Related content displays in the right pane when viewing the content. In the settings modal you can also access display options:
Expand related content by default. If checked, content loads with the pane open.
Display on top of content. When enabled, [pane opens on the top of content instead of side-by-side.
