Adding and managing KB content

The Content view shows the tree structure of a knowledge base.

The root folder contains the entire knowledge base. The folders under the root are top-level categories, represented as tiles on the main page of the knowledge base. Their sub-folders are sub-categories.

In the left pane, you can drag and drop elements to rearrange them as well as add new content. Each folder can store both guides and sub-folders.

You can start designing your knowledge base by adding folders that correspond to the main topics you want to cover. For example, Getting started, Shipping, Account management etc.
