What is data transmission?

Data transmission is the ability to send data and trigger actions in external apps based on a user's interaction with a Stonly guide. It works in standalone and knowledge base guides, as well as in content launched with triggers.

For example, you can use it to add tags to a Zendesk ticket when an agent completes an internal guide, or use Zapier to record customer answers from inputs in spreadsheet.
