AI writing assistant
You can use generative AI inside the editor to quickly rewrite and edit fragments of text or entire steps.
To activate the AI assistant, highlight text you'd like to edit and click the AI improve button.
Editing options
The AI assistant has the following options:
Modify with a prompt. Write your own instructions for the length, tone and style of the edits.
Shorten.
Elaborate.
Summarize into bullet points.
Rewrite as an FAQ. Edits the selection into a question-answer format.
Change tone. You can select from Professional, informal, friendly and enthusiastic.
Correct grammar & spelling.
Suggest heading. Provides multiple suggestions that can be inserted as a header above the selected text.
Each AI suggestions can be rejected, approved or further refined with the same set of options. When a suggestion is approved it will automatically replace the selected text.
