Events listeners

If you're launching Stonly content on your website, you can log users' interactions with the Stonly widget and send the data to third party apps or your own backend. This allows you to integrate Stonly with your current tools.

To do this, you will need to set up event listeners on the page where the widget is installed.

We support these types of events:

  • Guide events, which means anything sent from guides via data transmission.

  • Widget events, which are things happening with the widget itself (e.g. opening and closing).

  • NPS events, sent from NPS surveys.

  • Automation events, triggered when the automation step opens.
