Technical support consultant

The opportunity 

Join Stonly (stonly.com) and help our team build the best experience for our customers. You will be in charge of making sure every of customer that requires help in using our platform can get it either live or with great content. As a technical consultant, you will know the product in and out, including workarounds for specifics use cases and will use that knowledge to support our customers. Stonly also provides you with autonomy and ownership so that you can push your ideas when it comes to process or improving the product. Responsibilities

  • Answer any question from customers whether it is business or product related

  • Help customers setting up their Stonly environment and potentially create their first guides

  • Analyze users' issues to either solve them or qualify them and transfer them to the QA/engineering team

  • Get on calls with customers in order to better handle their issues when necessary

  • Manage flow of support enquiries and root them to the right persons

  • Create internal/external documentations on workaround/tips.

Skills and Experience

  • You are Fluent in English

  • You have a strong technical acumen with the ability to learn our product and become a reference on its different features

  • You know basics of web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)

  • You enjoy working with people and consider yourself a team player

  • You are a great learner and have a curious mind

  • You have excellent communication skills and can succinctly explain technical concepts
