In the next 2 years, we need to scale every aspect of the company explore many different opportunities. As the executive assistant and remote office manager, you will be in charge of the different processes that make the whole company work while supporting the CEO and Chief of Staff.
Help our team members thrive at Stonly by facilitating their onboarding, organising team events and ensuring them the best working conditions at home or at the office
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks (employee contracts, healthcare & pay, customer invoicing, general expenses)
Work with the chief of staff on the execution of key strategic topics (subsidies or certifications applications, company-wide processes improvements)
Help the CEO with day-to-day tasks, agenda scheduling and logistics

Fluent in English and French
Basic knowledge of French accountancy is a plus
