As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will:
Partner with the heads of growth and sales to design and implement key processes like territory management, quoting, billing, compensation policy, business planning;
Own Sales and Marketing reporting: identify relevant KPIs, work the team leads to validate their definition and with the data team to make them available to everyone, and monitor them to flag trends we should act on.
Know the ins and outs of the workflows of our Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, Customer Success Managers, and identify tooling, automation or processes that can help them reach their goals;
Be the expert of our Sales and Marketing tooling (including salesforce, calendly, customer.io): you will be responsible for the data integrity and enrichment in these tools, and make sure their use is frictionless across the company;
You have 3+ years of experience in revenue/sales operations, ideally working with Salesforce;
You are comfortable with technical tools (e.g. SQL, Tableau, Spreadsheets) and/or a willingness to develop this skill set;
You have excellent communication skills and can succinctly explain technical concepts or distill key insights for various groups;
You are able to own large, complex projects end-to-end, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, across multiple time zones;
You take initiatives with a problem-solving mindset and an eagerness to find the right balance between short term pragmatism (“whatever works”) and long term planning (“it has to scale”);
You are able to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks;
You are fluent in English
