Join Stonly (stonly.com) and help grow our US-based sales, marketing, and customer success teams. You’ll be responsible for working directly with our leadership to build the team that powers our growth and our company culture.
This key team member will manage our full-cycle recruitment process to meet Stonly’s hiring goals and will have a huge impact on the company and opportunity for growth!
Build relationships with and pipelines of top candidates for current and future open roles at Stonly through research, networking, outbound outreach, and, generally, being a great employment ambassador for Stonly
Help write job descriptions and create promotion strategies that attract the right candidates by learning the skills and needs of hiring managers and aligning them to the candidate market
Understand Stonly’s culture, product, and business, so that you can both answer candidate questions as a fully-immersed member of our team and also so that you can identify candidates who will add value to our business and our culture
Conduct initial interviews and also critical assessments of candidates to help us not only select the best candidates, but also understand candidates' goals and needs so that we create and present the best career opportunities for them
Create and manage an efficient interview & recruiting process - scheduling interviews, collecting exercises, communicating offers, and keeping everyone on track to discover and hire the right people quickly
Empathy - an ability to understand and provide the very best candidate experience for each person who takes the time to show interest in Stonly
Interpersonal communication - a great and enthusiastic communicator who can be a positive first human introduction to our company
Organized and hard-working - able to manage multiple roles, multiple profile-types for each role, and candidates in multiple stages at the same time
3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience working in a dynamic, fast-growing company
Flexible work location: New York City, WFH, or remote anywhere in the US
