Performance Marketing Manager

The opportunity

Join Stonly (stonly.com) and help our growing marketing & sales teams acquire more happy businesses onto our platform. You’ll optimize and scale our paid search program, and test other channels like paid social and display to further accelerate our growth.

As a member of the growth team, you’ll oversee a mix of account acquisition, lead generation and targeted awareness campaigns, and will work closely with our head of growth and demand gen manager. Responsibilities

  • Acquire accounts - Optimize our paid search campaigns and grow them with new opportunities on Google Ads and other intent-based channels.

  • Generate leads - Work with demand gen to capture leads, distribute content and drive targeted awareness on channels like Facebook and LinkedIn.

  • Test and discover - Test new channels, like Reddit ads and Product Hunt, and new tactics like sequential retargeting. 

  • Report and share - Work with our head of data to build out robust reporting, and regularly share your learnings and insights with the team.

Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years working in performance marketing.

  • Deep experience with SEM and at least some with paid social - we’re looking for a Google Ads expert who understands and enjoys working on other platforms, too.

  • Experience working on b2b SaaS campaigns - you've managed campaigns for a business like ours, either directly or at an agency. You understand the dynamics of a freemium / free trial SaaS company and can optimize campaigns accordingly.

  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
