Growth Marketing Manager, SEO

Join Stonly ( and help our growing marketing and sales teams acquire more happy businesses onto our platform.

We’re experiencing explosive growth, and we've had a lot of success with intent-based channels. We know that there is a big SEO opportunity, and we're looking for a growth marketing manager who can help us scale our efforts there.

You’ll help us identify and prioritize opportunities for organic growth, and put in place the programs and processes that we need to bring them to life. You’ll have plenty of autonomy, but enough guidance and traction to be and feel supported.   • Identify SEO opportunities: Find topics where we can create content, build site pages, and do other smart things to attract high-value searchers.

  • Own and prioritize our SEO content calendar: Determine the mix of content we should be creating, and prioritize it. 

  • Oversee creation of high quality content: Work with internal and external resources to create great content and edit it to ensure that our potential customers will discover and love our content.

  • Measure and report: Set up reporting with our head of data, and regularly share results and insights with the rest of the team.

Skills and experience

  • Breadth of SEO knowledge: You know SEO across disciplines including content marketing, on-page and technical SEO, and link building.

  • Great eye for content: You appreciate that Google wants to surface the highest quality content, and believe in making incredible content vs over-optimization.

  • Data driven: You have a knack for data. You’re extremely comfortable using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools to make decisions and measure outcomes.

  • Extremely organized: You can project manage our SEO efforts and keep content moving from ideation to live on site.

  • Deep customer empathy: You’re excited to learn about our different customers and use cases, and want to make content that will resonate with them.

  • 4+ years working in content marketing or SEO

  • B2B SaaS experience is preferred, but not required
