The opportunity

Join Stonly (stonly.com) and help our growing marketing & sales teams acquire more happy businesses onto our platform.

We’re experiencing explosive growth, and as we test and scale channels we know there is a big opportunity for demand gen programs. We’re looking for a marketing manager who can craft strategy focused on finding and nurturing high value leads, and execute and optimize campaigns.

You’ll help us identify and prioritize opportunities for growth, and will have a chance to work across the full funnel - from awareness to conversion. You’ll have plenty of autonomy, but enough guidance and traction to be and feel supported. Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline targets. You’ll be responsible for hitting targets around MQL and demo generation.

  • Work with our content team to produce a sufficient volume of outstanding content for demand generation campaigns.

  • Promote and traffic campaigns via paid, partnerships, syndication, social, and other channels.

  • Set up and optimize lead nurturing flows to engage, and convert, incoming leads to MQLs and opportunities.

  • Partner closely with product marketing to understand our ICPs and ensure alignment on strategy, resources, messaging, and KPIs.

Skills and Experience

  • 4+ year of experience developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.

  • Ownership mentality. You’re constantly thinking of new ways to hit your goals and diving deep into campaign performance.

  • Hands-on experience working across different digital marketing disciplines, including email marketing, online advertising, lead generation, and more.

  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills. You’ll be managing several campaigns, each with lots of moving pieces, at once.

  • High bias to speed and execution. You’re willing to help out with projects outside your job description, and can push things over the finish line quickly.
