Growth Marketing Manager, Demand

The opportunity

Join Stonly (stonly.com) and help our growing marketing & sales teams acquire more happy businesses onto our platform.

We’re experiencing explosive growth, and as we test and scale channels we know there is a big opportunity for demand gen programs. We’re looking for a growth marketing manager who can craft strategy focused on finding and nurturing high value leads, and execute and optimize campaigns.

You’ll help us identify and prioritize opportunities for growth, and will have a chance to work across the full funnel - from awareness to conversion. You’ll have plenty of autonomy, but enough guidance and traction to be and feel supported. Responsibilities

  • Research & Learn - Develop a deep understanding of our ideal customers -- their pains, needs and how we can help.

  • Ideate - Come up with campaigns that will drive awareness and generate leads.

  • Prioritize -  Which profiles we’ll focus on, the campaigns we’ll build to attract them and the channels we’ll use for distribution.

  • Build - Bring campaigns to life by creating the type of content that our ICPs will love.

  • Nurture - Build powerful, contextual lead nurture campaigns that convert leads to opps.

  • Measure - Monitor and report on performance, from impressions all the way down to qualified opportunities.

Skills and Experience

  • 4+ years demand, content or growth marketing experience, preferably at a B2B SaaS company.

  • Experience developing creative content and email marketing campaigns from scratch.

  • Strong understanding of common b2b acquisition channels like SEM, SEO, paid and organic social and partnerships.

  • An eye for data, and the ability to track campaign performance granularly while providing roll-up reporting to senior management
