Few companies kickstart their data infrastructure and team as early as Stonly did - we wanted to create right from the start a culture of transparency, data-savviness and empowerment of each team member.
As our marketing and product teams grow and we invest more and more in acquisition, we are looking for a data analyst to help us understand how our newly acquired users interact with the product, evaluate our ongoing growth efforts and recommend improvements across the board. You will report to the data team and work closely with the marketing and product leadership.
Our data stack: Fivetran, DBT, Redshift, Hightouch, Tableau (and, let’s face it, Google Sheets)
As a data analyst, you will:
Be the expert of our new users activation and conversion: you will deep dive into their first day, week, month of activity, and help us understand who are our best users and how we can improve their onboarding experience
Run ad-hoc analysis on recent projects or on longer term trends, and provide recommendations to the team leads to improve acquisition, activation, conversion
Develop the Stonly data-driven culture and find levers to make business teams autonomous in order to multiply the impact of your deliverables
Take care of our data platform like it’s your baby: learn and develop best practices with our analytics engineers, identify opportunities to improve accuracy, understandability and performance of the whole stack
You have a master degree in engineering or business
You have a track record of delivering impactful analyses that helped business teams take the right decision, with a bonus point for cohort / behavioral analyses
SQL is your native language
You have experience with a BI tool (Tableau is a bonus)
You speak English fluently and you have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You are autonomous, well organised and rigorous
You are able to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks
