Join the team as an analytics engineer and contribute to the collection, transformation and visualisation of all the data that our stakeholders use every day.
Our data stack: Fivetran, DBT, Redshift, Hightouch, Tableau, Posthog (and, let’s face it, Google Sheets)
The position is based in Paris, but we work mostly remotely so living in Paris is not a requirement.
As an analytics engineer, you will:
Make our data available: you’ll work to connect data sources, design database models, and build ETL pipelines
Make our data actionable: you’ll design and implement powerful Tableau and Posthog Dashboards that help our product and business teams succeed.
Make our pipelines faster: you'll identify the underperforming parts of our data pipeline and work improve their speed and reliability
Always be raising data quality. That includes auditing sources, documenting issues, driving resolutions together with other teams, and implementing well-documented, performant, and tested transformations.
You have a master degree in engineering or business
SQL is your native language, and optimizing query performance your secret hobby
You are able to take a business, non technical need as an input, and turn it into ETL requirements
You like a challenge and are not afraid to fall down the stack-overflow rabbit hole if a problem is resisting you
You speak English fluently and you have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You are autonomous, well organised and rigorous
