Send 7 photos to the seller (including 1 of each side + 1 with the screen on) in order to protect yourself in case of a dispute.
The seller will do a series of tests and may even completely restore your item.
So, whether you’re returning something for repair or withdrawal, you should always back up your device’s data and then remove it.

Inside, include a sheet of paper with “Back Market” written on it and:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return (e.g. “return for repair/ withdrawal”)
Store the device and its accessories in a sturdy box
Put the box in an unbroken cardboard and stuff it with bubble wrap or newspaper to keep the box secure
Protect all the uncovered sides so that the package is sealed
Tape the return slip to the package, keeping the barcode visible
