If your reservoir is full and your motor is running when you press the "UP" button, you may be experiencing one of the following issues;

The connection between the motor and the pump is broken. ( motor will sound like it's free spinning. To know for sure, you will have to remove the motor and check the connection.) Replacing the power pack is recommended.
The lowering valve is stuck in the open position. (Usually, if this is the case, you will see oil circulating inside the tank when the motor is running)
The screen filter inside the reservoir is restricted and won't let fluid into the pump. (Inspect the oil, if contaminated, dirty or moisture is evident, remove the reservoir, clean the screen, and replace oil with new Castrol Dextron ii ATF)
The hose between the pump and cylinder is damaged. (Visually inspect the hose and replace it if necessary)
The pump is damaged which requires the power unit to be replaced.

The Platform must be fully supported or on the ground before attempting any repairs. Failure to do so may result in Injury.
