Create & import an employee profile
To save time, you can create a "Parameters Profile" that defines the various parameters that you want applied to a specific position(s). A Parameters Profile allows you to quickly copy a group of configurations to accelerate creation of an employee file - especially if you are hiring many new employees.
This Profile will include:
- The Department/Position of that profile
- Any premiums that will be attributed to that profile
- Punch, Web Portal and Mobile App parameters
- Adjustment parameters for Time Sheets (what you want Emprez to do when an employee comes in early or late for example)
