Overview

If you're a student user, guarantor user, landlord user, or agent user, you can now change the email address associated with your account. This is the email address that you would use to login to StuRents.com.

Changing your email address

1. Login to StuRents.com with your current email address

2. Navigate to the Settings page

  • Student users: Accessed from the My Profile tab -> Settings

  • Landlord & Agent users: Accessed from your user menu -> My account

3. Click the email address field in the Account Details section

4. Enter your new email address.

5. A code is sent to your new email address that you will need to enter to verify it. Alternatively, you can verify your new email by clicking the link in that email. 

After verifying your new email address, you'll see it reflected on the Settings page.
