We need to have the former insurer to disconnect in order for the télétransmission to work.

To provide a great experience we suggest to our users to contact the former insurer directly and ask for the disconnection.

We'll first check if we have all the info needed to contact the insurer

Check if the user provided us with his former insurer details --yes--> we don't have and answer from the user
Click on the link dashboard
Search for the user's name (command+f)
Check if the contact info of the former insurer is with a question mark --yes--> we do not have the former insurer info
Check if the user is in either of those 2 tabs unknown or answered no --yes--> we can't disconnect for the user
Check if the user is in the tab answered yes --yes--> we should connect soon
