THE FIRST WEEK OF THE TRAINING

Then that you have recruited your volunteers (count 2 people for a promotion, so that it's not a huge engagement and they can share work), you just have to... meet them and train them so that they become super-coordinators 💪🚀

Before the 1rst meeting, make sure they received a first email introducing the team and the program (pic.1). You'll find the introduction 👉here 👈(video) and 👉here 👈 (presentation).

The first meeting is a bit special : it's the first time everyone meet, you have to break the ice, present their missions within the Sprint, create duos for the sprint and answer their questions about the first training.

HOW TO CREATE DUOS ?

You have the choice : you can create duos depending on their location, on their job (full-time or part-time), on their qualities (they can listen, write, talk easily,...) so that they are complementary and help one another, ... feel free to test new ways !
