Disseminate call schedules
To share the call schedules with the rest of the department and potentially locating/switchboard all you have to do is publish!
This will send out an excel formatted sheet with all the call schedules to everyone part of your department (if they have an email associated).
To publish, head to the top right of the schedule and press publish
