Spare Parts: Use this option if you are missing a part, would like to request a replacement part or have broken a replaceable(Detachable mic, earpads, dongle etc) of the headset itself.

Audio Issues: Use this option if you are experiencing issues with playback with you audio(Listening) going to the headset.

Microphone Issues: Use this option if you are experiencing problems when using the microphone on the headset.

Connection Issues: Use this option if you are experiencing problems with connecting the headset to the computer, headset dongle, or other device.

Battery Related: Use this option if you are experiencing issues holding a charge, charging the headset, or other battery related symptoms.
