Make sure your Dialog is connected to your Internet router (via an ethernet cable)
Check if the device (Tablet/Mobile phone or Computer) you will use for Spark is on the correct Wifi network (your domestic wifi)
Unplug your Dialog and Phantom from the power outlet
Wait for 30 seconds
First, plug in your Dialog to the electrical, then your Phantom(s)
Wait for 30 seconds
Press the back button on your Phantom 3 times in rapid succession. * You can press the button more than 3 times if you are unsure.8. Wait until your Dialog’s light stops blinking. This means the end of the reset process for your Dialog. *Note : If the back light is a different color or has a reaction, please consult this following article here
Press the back button on your Phantom 3 times in rapid succession.
Wait until each Phantom makes a starting sound ( kind of like opening a can of soda)
Launch Spark and follow instructions for making the setup (make sure your device is connected to proper network)

*Note: If during the step 11, Spark is asking you to plug in your Dialog, it means that your Dialog is not correctly connected to your router, or the device you are using with Spark is not connected to the right Wifi network.

*Note: In this scenario all the devices from your Phantom system needs to be reset to ensure you will be able to go through the setup again. If you are just reseting your device in the system, you won't be able go through the whole setup process.
