When your user is first created, you will receive an email from merchantsupport@zopa.com with the subject Zopa/Rvvup Email Verification. 

This email will contain a link that will let you set your first user’s password. 

Link Expired? For security purposes, the setup link expires after 1 hour. You can request a fresh setup link by going to the Zopa login page and clicking "I forgot my password" to trigger a new email.
