

Overview of the Anniversary Census Collection Process
Each January, Sentinel Group sends an email to retirement plan sponsors asking that they provide their final Anniversary Census. Since your plan's compliance testing, contribution allocations, and final tax report depend on employee census data, it is extremely important that we receive accurate information on all employees of your company. This file should be provided as soon as possible after your final payroll for the plan year has been submitted.
To download your plan's template census file, log in to your online retirement account at sentinelgroup.com and select Statements, Forms & Reports then Reports & Forms from the menu.
