Scanned data: If you scanned the 2D barcode and the pack data does not match the on-screen data, you may have a misconfigured scanner. If you believe that your scanner is configured incorrectly, go to IMVO’s scanner help web page here and follow the troubleshooting steps provided:

- Follow the ‘Check your scanner’ and ‘Fix your scanner’ guidance

- Test your scanner using EMVO's scanner test tool

FMD software: Check the pack data on your FMD software. If the data on screen appears to be mixed up (e.g product code appears in the batch or serial number) and you have seen the same data mismatch issue with several different packs, you may have a software issue. Please contact your FMD software provider for assistance.
